- It’s all about the Benjamins baby

castro is smarting from all the athletes that are defecting at this year’s Pan-American games in Brazil. In his latest blogburst, the undead dictator laments the use of “refined psychological methods and many millions of dollars” to “select, buy up and promote Cuban boxers in the international sports competitions.”

It is apparent that the despot considers the lure of personal freedom a refined psychological method and if anyone is going to take advantage of and make millions of dollars off the sweat of Cuban citizens, it is he, not some capitalist promoters. Imagine the nerve of these imperialists—they are completely skewing the Cuban slave market by allowing these athletes to keep a large chunk of what they earn. How is castro going to continue doing business and amassing personal wealth by selling the labors of the enslaved Cuban population if these capitalists keep pilfering his forced labor stores?

It is not easy in this day and age to be a successful slave-master, especially when your competitors keep luring away your forced labor pool with such pie-in-the-sky promises as freedom and the right to a fare wage.
